For private parties outside cafe hours, we charge
a flat rate of $350.00 for the first 2 hours.
Four hour parties we charge a flat rate of $500.00
$100.00 per additional party hour.

We do not charge for time spent setting up or breaking down your event.
Set Up may begin as early as 3pm.
The Cedars House will provide one party attendant.
Security deposit of 50.00 due at time of reservation, 
this deposit is not refundable.

Supplementary servers available for an additional $25 an hour.
Our lawful maximum capacity is 50 due to Covid-19 restrictions.
